From Takamatsu-Chikko Station, Kitahama Alley is about an 11-minute walk. Exit the station and walk east towards the sea. Follow the road along the waterfront, and you'll find Kitahama Alley on your left. Kotoden operates bus services in the area, but walking is a convenient option. A one-day ticket for Kotoden trains is ¥1,400 for adults. Bus fares are around ¥100-¥150.
