Ferry
The primary way to reach Ogi Island Lighthouse is by ferry from Takamatsu Port. Ferries depart approximately every two hours, and the journey to Ogi Island takes about 40 minutes. A one-way ticket costs 510 yen for adults. Check the Takamatsu- Megi- Ogi route. From Ogi Port, follow the marked path for about 20 minutes to reach the lighthouse. The path is well-maintained but unpaved in some sections.
Walking
From Ogi Port, the lighthouse is approximately a 20-minute walk. Follow the main road from the port through the village and then onto the clearly marked path leading north across the island. The route is mostly flat with a few gentle slopes. There are no shops or facilities along the way, so bring water and snacks.
