From JR Takamatsu Station, take the Kotoden bus towards Takamatsu Shimin Byoin (Takamatsu City Hospital). Get off at the Takamatsu Shimin Byoin bus stop, which is approximately a 25-minute ride. From there, it's about a 25-minute walk uphill to Mineyama Park. Kotoden bus fares typically range from ¥190 to ¥620 depending on the distance. A one-day ticket for Kotoden trains and buses costs ¥1,230 for adults.
