Car
If you are driving, start from Sanuki city center and head towards Route 11. Follow Route 11 towards Naruto. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach Naruto. Look for signs directing you to the Ochaen Observation Deck. You will make a right turn onto Fukuike Narutocho Tosadomariura. Continue on this road for about 5 minutes, and you will find parking available near the observation deck. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, so be prepared with some coins.
Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
For those using public transport, start by taking a train from Sanuki Station. Take the JR Shikoku train towards Tokushima and get off at Naruto Station, which takes about 20-30 minutes. From Naruto Station, you will need to transfer to a local bus. Look for the bus service that goes to Ochaen Observation Deck (check the bus schedules beforehand, as they may vary). The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ochaen Observation Deck stop, it will be a short walk to the observation deck itself.
