To reach Meiji Jingu using public transportation, start by taking a train from Sanuki. Head to Takamatsu Station and board the JR Yosan Line towards Okayama. Transfer at Okayama Station to the JR Sanyo Shinkansen towards Tokyo. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and travel to Harajuku Station. Upon exiting Harajuku Station, take the Omotesando exit and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Meiji Jingu. The total travel time is about 4 to 5 hours, and a one-way ticket from Takamatsu to Tokyo will cost you around ¥14,000.
