Subway
If you are near Sapporo Station, you can take the Sapporo Subway. Board the Namboku Line (Green Line) at Sapporo Station. You will be heading towards Makomanai. It is just one stop, and you will get off at the Odori Station. The journey takes approximately 2 minutes. Once you exit the train at Odori Station, follow the signs to the 'Exit 2'.

Walking
After exiting Odori Station at Exit 2, you will be on the street level. Walk straight towards the Sapporo Station area. You will need to cross the street and walk towards the JR Tower, which is directly connected to Sapporo Station. It’s about a 10-minute walk (800 meters). As you approach the JR Tower, you will see the tall building with a large 'JR' sign on it.

Elevator
Once inside the JR Tower, take the elevator to the 38th floor. The elevators are located in the main lobby of the tower. You will find signs directing you to the observatory. The entrance to the JR Tower Observatory T38 is located on the 38th floor, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Sapporo.
