From Sapporo Station, take the Tozai Subway Line to Maruyama Koen Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk through Maruyama Park to Hokkaido Jingu, where Kaitaku Shrine is located. Subway fare: Approximately ¥220-250.

From Maruyama Koen Subway Station Bus Terminal, take the bus 西14 or 西15 to Jingu Mae. From the Jingu Mae bus stop, it is a short walk to Hokkaido Jingu, where Kaitaku Shrine is located. Bus fare: Approximately ¥210-250.

Taxi

From Sapporo Station, a taxi ride to Hokkaido Jingu takes approximately 15 minutes. Kaitaku Shrine is located on the grounds of Hokkaido Jingu. Taxi fare: Approximately ¥2,000-¥2,400.

Walking

From Maruyama Koen Station, exit No. 3 and walk through Maruyama Park. Follow the signs for Hokkaido Jingu. Kaitaku Shrine is located within the Hokkaido Jingu grounds. The walk takes approximately 15 minutes.
