If you are near Sapporo Station, take the Namboku Line (green line) from Sapporo Station towards Makomanai. Get off at the Odori Station (2 stops). From Odori Station, transfer to the Tozai Line (blue line) and head towards Sapporo Station. Get off at Sapporo Station (1 stop). Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for JR Tower. The tower is directly accessible from the station.

From Odori Park, walk to the nearest bus stop at Odori 2 Chome. Take Bus No. 11 or 12 towards Sapporo Station. The bus ride will take approximately 5 minutes. Get off at the Sapporo Station stop, which is located near the JR Tower. Follow the signs to the JR Tower from the bus stop.

If you are in the downtown area, such as near the Sapporo Clock Tower, you can walk to JR Tower. Head south on Odori Street, which is a major thoroughfare. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Sapporo Station. JR Tower is connected to the station, so follow the signs indicating JR Tower once you arrive at the station.
