Once you reach the TV Tower, turn left and walk along the street (Odori Nishi Avenue) heading north. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Kita 1 Jo Street. The Sapporo Clock Tower will be on your left at 2 Chome Kita 1 Jonishi.
