Getting There

Car

From Kochi Ryoma Airport, Actland is approximately a 10-minute drive. From the Nankoku Interchange on the Kochi Expressway, it's about a 20-minute drive. There is free parking available for 285 cars. Note that during peak seasons, parking may be limited.
Public Transportation

From Kochi Station, take a train on the JR Dosan Line to Noichi Station. From there, take a taxi to Actland, which is about a 5-minute ride. Taxi fare is approximately ¥700-¥900. The Ryoma History Museum showcases the life of Sakamoto Ryoma, a prominent figure in Japanese history, through lifelike wax figures.
