Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Shimotsuke and head northeast on Route 4. Follow signs for Nakagawa and continue for approximately 15 kilometers. Take the exit toward Bato and merge onto Route 123. Continue driving for about 5 kilometers, and you will see Iizukatei on your left at 360 Bato, Nakagawa, Nasu District. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Iizukatei using public transportation, start at Shimotsuke Station. Take the Tohoku Shinkansen to Utsunomiya Station. From Utsunomiya Station, transfer to the JR Nikko Line and get off at Bato Station. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
