From central Shimotsuke, head north on Route 4 towards Utsunomiya. Continue on Route 4 for approximately 15 km until you reach the junction with Route 123. Take the exit for Route 123 towards Utsunomiya. After about 5 km, turn left onto Kawamukocho. The Utsunomiya Gyoza Statue will be on your right at 1-23 Kawamukocho. There is parking available nearby.

From Shimotsuke Station, take the JR Utsunomiya Line train towards Utsunomiya Station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once at Utsunomiya Station, exit the station and take bus number 6 or 7 from the bus terminal towards Kawamukocho. Get off at the Kawamukocho stop, which takes about 10 minutes. The Utsunomiya Gyoza Statue is a short walk from the bus stop, located at 1-23 Kawamukocho, just a few minutes away.
