    To reach the Issa Memorial Museum using public transportation, take the Nagano Dentetsu train from Nagano Station to Shinano Station. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. From Shinano Station, you can take a local bus (Kashiwabara Line) towards Kashiwabara. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kashiwabara Shako' stop.
