Hida-Sashiko is located about a 10-minute walk from JR Takayama Station. From the station, head east and follow the main street (Hanasato-machi). Turn right onto Kataharamachi Street. Hida-Sashiko will be on your left. No costs are associated with walking.

From Takayama Nohi Bus Center, Hida-Sashiko is approximately a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, take the Machinami Bus from the bus center and disembark at the Hachikenmachi stop, which is a 2-minute walk to Hida-Sashiko. The fare for the Machinami Bus is ¥210.
