    From central Suruga, drive towards Route 8 and head west. Continue on Route 8 for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Tsuruga. Look for signs directing you to Kaguracho. Once you arrive in Kaguracho, find parking in the area. The Tsuruga Tourism Association is located at 1 Chome−1−5 カグ~ル 2F. Please note that there may be parking fees in the area, typically around 300-500 yen for a few hours.
