If you are driving, start from the center of Tajima and head towards Route 9. Follow Route 9 northbound for approximately 20 minutes. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 313. Take a left onto Route 313 and drive for about 10 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Uenokoen. Once in the area, follow the signs to Gokokuin, located at 10-18 Uenokoen. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Gokokuin using public transportation, first, find your way to the nearest train station in Tajima. Take the JR Sanin Line toward Kyoto. Get off at Ueno Station, which is approximately 30 minutes away. From Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and travel to Ueno Park Station. Once you arrive at Ueno Park Station, it's a short 5-minute walk to Gokokuin. Exit the station and follow the signs leading to Uenokoen. Gokokuin will be located at 10-18 Uenokoen.
