Getting There

    From JR Hirosaki Station, take the Dotemachi Loop Bus to the Shiyakusho-mae bus stop, which is near the park entrance. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. The Dotemachi Loop Bus costs ¥100 per ride. Alternatively, take any bus from Hirosaki Station to bus stop No. 6 or 7. These buses operate before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm. The bus fare is approximately ¥270.

    From JR Hirosaki Station, it is approximately a 30-minute walk to Hirosaki Park. Head west from the station, following the main road. The route is straightforward and well-signposted. There are no tolls or specific access fees for walking to the park.

    Taxis are readily available at JR Hirosaki Station. The taxi ride to Hirosaki Park takes about 10 minutes. The fare is approximately ¥1,700-¥2,100. Note that taxis cannot enter the park, so you will be dropped off at one of the park gates.
