From Tokyo Station, take the Yamanote Line (green line) towards Ikebukuro. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach Sugamo Station. Exit the station using the North Exit (Kita-guchi). After exiting, turn left and walk straight for about 5 minutes. Honmyoji will be on your right at 5 Chome-35-6 Sugamo, Toshima City, Tokyo 170-0002.
