Getting There

Walking

From Kameido Station (JR Sobu Line or Tobu Kameido Line), the shrine is approximately a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and head north, following signs for Kameido Katori Shrine. The shrine is located at the end of the Kameido Katori Katsuun Shoutengai Shopping Street. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport

From Tokyo Station, take the JR Sobu Line to Kameido Station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around ¥220. From Kameido Station, follow the walking directions to the shrine. Alternatively, take the Toei Shinjuku Line to Nishi-ojima Station, then walk to Kameido Shrine (the procession starting point) and follow the samurai parade to Kameido Katori Shrine. The fare is approximately ¥270.
