From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Ueno. Travel for about 15 minutes and get off at Nippori Station. At Nippori Station, transfer to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (light blue line) and head towards Ueno. Get off at the next stop, which is Ueno Station.

Walking
From Ueno Station, exit the station and head towards the Ueno Park area. Walk through the park towards the northeast. You will pass the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Yanaka Cemetery. The Okakura Tenshin Memorial Park is located adjacent to the cemetery. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Ueno Station.

From Ueno Station, you can take a bus from the Ueno Park bus stop. Look for bus number 46 heading towards 'Taito-ku, Yanaka'. After about 5-10 minutes, get off at the 'Yanaka' stop. From there, the Okakura Tenshin Memorial Park is a short walk of about 5 minutes to the south.
