From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Ueno. Travel for about 15 minutes and get off at Nippori Station. At Nippori Station, transfer to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (light blue line) and head towards Ueno. Get off at the next stop, which is Ueno Station.

You will pass the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Yanaka Cemetery. The Okakura Tenshin Memorial Park is located adjacent to the cemetery. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Ueno Station.
