The TBS Akasaka ACT Theater is a short walk from Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. Take Exit 3b, and the theater is a one-minute walk away. Alternatively, it is an eight-minute walk from Exit 10 of Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza and Marunouchi Lines, or a seven-minute walk from Exits 7 and 10 of Tameike-sanno Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza and Namboku Lines. Subway fares in Tokyo typically range from ¥170 to ¥400 depending on the distance traveled.

Taxis are readily available in Tokyo. From Akasaka Station, a taxi ride to the TBS Akasaka ACT Theater is very short. From Tokyo Station, a taxi to the theater will cost approximately ¥2,200 - ¥2,700 and take about 4 minutes. Taxi fares in Tokyo start at around ¥500 for the first kilometer, with additional charges based on distance and time.

The Minato City Community Bus, also known as Chii-Bus, has several routes that serve the Akasaka area. The Akasaka Route is convenient for reaching the theater. The fare is a flat ¥100 per ride. A one-day pass for unlimited rides on the Chii-Bus and Odaiba Rainbow Bus costs ¥500.
