From the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, head towards the Kabukicho area. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you'll see the Shinjuku Toho Building with the Godzilla head on top. The cinema is on the 3rd floor.

Public Transport
Take the train to Shinjuku-sanchome Station. From there, transfer to the subway and take the Shinjuku Line to Ogawamachi Station. The cinema is a short walk from the station. Subway fares in Tokyo typically range from ¥160-¥300. Alternatively, a Tokyo Subway Pass offers unlimited rides on all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines and costs ¥1,500 for 72 hours.
