Getting There

Public Transport

From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line or the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line to Yurakucho Station. The journey takes approximately 2 minutes, and the fare ranges from ¥45 to ¥180. From Yurakucho Station, the Tokyo International Forum is a 1-minute walk via the D5 exit. Alternatively, take the Toei Bus from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit to Yurakucho Station. The bus ride takes about 4 minutes and costs ¥210. Subway is also an option. Take the Marunouchi Line from Tokyo Station to Ginza Station, then walk to Tokyo International Forum. This takes about 9 minutes and costs between ¥160 and ¥200. As of today, July 28, 2025, single subway tickets in Tokyo cost between ¥180 and ¥330 depending on the distance. A flat fare for buses in Tokyo is ¥210 for adults.
Walking

From Tokyo Station, the Tokyo International Forum is approximately a 5-minute walk. Exit the station and head towards the Marunouchi South Exit. Walk straight along Babasaki-dori, and you will see the glass structure of the Tokyo International Forum on your left. There are underground passageways connecting Tokyo Station to the Forum, providing a convenient, weather-protected route.
Taxi

Taxis are readily available from Tokyo Station to the Tokyo International Forum. The taxi ride takes approximately 1 minute and costs between ¥1,100 and ¥1,400. Taxi fares in Tokyo start around ¥730 for the first 1-2 kilometers, with an additional ¥280 for every 280 meters traveled. Note that fares increase by 20% from 10 PM to 5 AM.
Driving

If driving, the Tokyo International Forum has an underground parking lot with 417 spaces. The parking fee is ¥200 per 30 minutes for passenger cars and ¥100 per 60 minutes for motorcycles. The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 23:30. EV chargers are available for an additional fee. As of today, July 28, 2025, parking for over 5 hours up to 10 hours will cost ¥2,000.
