Subway
From Tokyo Station, take the Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ikebukuro. Get off at the next stop, which is Otemachi Station. At Otemachi Station, transfer to the Tozai Line (Light Blue Line) and head towards Nishi-Funabashi. Stay on the train for 5 stops until you reach Kayabacho Station. At Kayabacho Station, take Exit 2.

Once you exit Kayabacho Station, walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with the Sumida River on your left. Turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 600 meters. You will see Tsukuda Park on your right, located at 1 Chome-11-4 Tsukuda, Chuo City, Tokyo 104-0051.

Alternatively, from Tokyo Station, you can take the Toei Bus from Marunouchi South Exit. Look for the bus bound for Tsukuda. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Tsukuda bus stop, which is a short walk from the park.
