Getting There

Train
From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Saikyo Line towards Omiya and get off at Itabashi Station (approximately 20 minutes). Upon exiting Itabashi Station, head south and take the right exit. Walk straight along the main street (Higashi-Ikebukuro) for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Hikawacho Street. Turn left onto Hikawacho Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Hikawacho Hikawa Shrine, located at 21-8 Hikawacho.
