From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Saikyo Line towards Omiya and get off at Itabashi Station (approximately 20 minutes). Upon exiting Itabashi Station, head south and take the right exit. Walk straight along the main street (Higashi-Ikebukuro) for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Hikawacho Street. Turn left onto Hikawacho Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Hikawacho Hikawa Shrine, located at 21-8 Hikawacho.

From Tokyo Station, take the Marunouchi Line to Shinjuku Station. Transfer to the JR Saikyo Line and head towards Omiya. Get off at Itabashi Station (approximately 25 minutes total). After exiting the station, use the south exit, walk straight for about 10 minutes on the main street, and turn left onto Hikawacho Street. Walk for 5 minutes to reach Hikawacho Hikawa Shrine.

From Ikebukuro Station, take the Toei Bus (bound for Itabashi) at the west exit. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Hikawa Jinja-mae' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 2 minutes and you will see Hikawacho Hikawa Shrine on your left at 21-8 Hikawacho.
