Subway
From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ogikubo. Transfer at Tokyo Station to the Toei Asakusa Line (Light Blue Line) towards Nishi-Magome. Get off at Kuramae Station. From Kuramae Station, take Exit A1 and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Kototoi Bridge. The bridge will be visible as you approach the Sumida River.
Bus
From Tokyo Station, head to the Marunouchi North Exit and find the bus stop for the Toei Bus. Board the Toei Bus number 200 towards Kiba Station. Get off at the Kototoi Bridge stop. The bridge is just a short walk from the bus stop; follow the signs leading to the Sumida River.
