If you are near Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ogikubo. After 7 stops, get off at Tokyo Station. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, follow the signs to the Marunouchi South Exit. After exiting, turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Remains of Tokyo Prefectural Office on your right.

From Ueno Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (Green Line) towards Tokyo. It's a 7-minute ride, and you will arrive at Tokyo Station. After getting off, follow the signs to the Marunouchi South Exit. Turn left and walk straight for approximately 10 minutes, and the Remains of Tokyo Prefectural Office will be on your right.

From Shibuya Station, take the Toei Bus #B100 towards Marunouchi. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Marunouchi 3-chome bus stop. From there, walk straight for 5 minutes, and you will reach the Remains of Tokyo Prefectural Office, which will be on your left.
