If you are near Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Takao and get off at Kameido Station (about 15 minutes). Once you exit Kameido Station, head southwest on the main road (Kameido Dori) for about 15 minutes until you reach the Sumida River. The Sakurabashi Bridge will be visible ahead, connecting you directly to the location.
