If you are near Roppongi Station, exit through the H5 exit. Once you are outside, head straight towards Roppongi Hills, which is visible from the station. You will see signs directing you to the museum as you approach the tower.

If you are further away, take the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and get off at Roppongi Station. Once you exit through the H5 exit, follow the directions provided for walking from Roppongi Station. The subway fare from most areas in Tokyo should be around 200-300 yen, depending on your starting point.
