If you're already in Roppongi, you can easily walk to Tokyo City View. Start at the Roppongi Station (Hibiya Line). Exit the station from the 1C exit, which is the closest to Roppongi Hills. Walk straight on the main road (Roppongi Dori) toward Roppongi Hills. Look for the large Mori Tower building, which is where Tokyo City View is located. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer public transport, take the Tokyo Metro Toei Oedo Line from Roppongi Station to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. It’s just one stop away. From Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, take Exit 1b and walk towards Roppongi Hills. Follow the signs to Mori Tower; it’s about a 15-minute walk from the station. Note that the metro fare is approximately 220 yen.
