Car
If you are driving from central Tosa, head northwest on Route 56. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Route 33, where you will turn left. Follow Route 33 until you merge onto Route 56 again, and keep going straight until you reach the Kochi Expressway. Pay the toll (approximately 1,000 yen) and continue towards Takamatsu. After about 30 minutes, take the exit for Takamatsu and follow the signs to Shibuya City. Once you enter Shibuya, follow the signs for Meiji Jingu. There is parking available near the shrine, though it may come at an additional cost of around 500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Meiji Jingu by public transportation from Tosa, start at the Tosa Station. Take the JR Dosan Line towards Kochi Station. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around 600 yen. Once you arrive at Kochi Station, transfer to the JR Shikoku Line and travel to Takamatsu Station. From Takamatsu, take the JR Yosan Line to Shin-Osaka Station. Here, you will switch to the JR Tokaido Shinkansen Line and ride to Tokyo Station (this will take about 3 hours, costing approximately 14,000 yen). Finally, from Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Harajuku Station. Once you exit, Meiji Jingu is a short 10-minute walk, following the signs.
