Getting There

    If you are driving, start from Yakushima Airport or the main ferry terminal in Miyanoura. Head south on Route 58 towards Nakama. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach Nakama. Look for signs pointing to Mt. Miyanoura. You will need to park at the designated parking area near the trailhead. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash.
