If you are driving, start from Yakushima Airport or your accommodation in Yakushima. Take Route 3 south towards Isso. Continue on Route 3 for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route 77. Turn left onto Route 77 and follow the signs for Yahazudake Shrine. After about 10 minutes, you'll arrive at a small parking area near the shrine entrance. Parking is free.
