    From Yufuin Station, walk east towards the main street. Continue along Yunotsubo Kaido towards Lake Kinrin. Once at the lake, follow the path along the south-eastern edge to find Tenso Shrine. The walk is approximately 20 minutes.

  • Bus

    From JR Beppu Station, take the Kamenoi Bus #36 bound for Yufuin Station. Get off at the '岳本・金鱗湖入口' (Gakumoto, Kinrin Lake Entrance) bus stop. Walk approximately 7 minutes to Tenso Shrine. The bus fare is approximately ¥940 - ¥1100.
