Getting There

Walking
From the center of Gorey, head southeast towards Gorey Castle. Walk along the main road (Gorey Pier) until you reach the junction with Rue des Marais. Continue straight, and you will see the golf course on your right. Fort Henry is situated on the edge of the golf course. Please note that access to the fort itself is restricted as it is surrounded by private property.

If you are starting from the Gorey Harbour area, walk east along the waterfront promenade. Continue past the shops and cafes until you reach the end of the harbor. Turn left onto Rue de l'Église, and walk until you reach the intersection with Rue des Marais. Turn right, and you will see the golf course ahead. Fort Henry is located within the golf course perimeter.

Starting from the bus stop at Gorey Village, exit towards the main road (Gorey Pier). Walk south along the coast, passing the scenic views of the bay. Continue until you reach the junction at Rue des Marais, where you will turn left. As you walk, keep an eye on your right for the golf course, which surrounds Fort Henry. Please remember that the fort is not open to the public.
