Walking
The only way to reach Seymour Tower is on foot across the seabed during low tide. Start at La Rocque Harbour. The walk is roughly 3 miles round trip and takes 2-3 hours. It is essential to check tide times and weather conditions before setting out. Guided walks are highly recommended due to the fast-rising tides and uneven terrain. These typically cost £25 for adults and £13 for children.
Public Transport
To reach La Rocque Harbour by public transport, take Liberty Bus number 1 from Liberation Station in St Helier towards Gorey Pier. Get off the bus just after La Rocque Tower, near the harbour. The bus runs every 15 minutes on weekdays and Saturdays, and every 20 minutes on Sundays. A single fare costs around £2.50. From the bus stop, walk to the granite slipway to begin the walk to Seymour Tower.
