Start from the main square in Gorey, near the church. Head towards the coast, following the road that leads to the marina. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the end of the harbor, where you will find a path that leads uphill. Ascend this path, which is a bit steep but well-marked. Once at the top, you will come to a scenic viewpoint overlooking the bay. From here, continue to follow the signs pointing towards Grosnez Castle, which will lead you along a grassy path. The castle is approximately a 30-minute walk from the harbor, so ensure you wear comfortable shoes.

Alternatively, you can take a more direct route by heading out of Gorey along Route de la Rocque. Walk past the local shops and continue straight until you reach a junction. Turn left onto Route de Grosnez and follow it until you see the signs for Grosnez Castle. This route is slightly longer but offers a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. Expect the walk to take around 40 minutes.
