Getting There

  • Bus

    From St. Brelade, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road (Route de la Haule). Take the number 1 or 15 bus towards St. Helier. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes and get off at the 'Gorey' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Gorey Pier until you reach the base of Mont Orgueil Castle, which is clearly visible on the hill.

    If you prefer to walk, start from St. Brelade's Bay. Head northeast along the coast, following the path that leads to the main road (Route de la Haule). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking until you reach the Gorey area. This walk will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, offering beautiful coastal views along the way. Upon arriving in Gorey, look for the signs directing you to Mont Orgueil Castle, which is situated on the hill above the village.
