Walking
From the center of St. Ouen, start at the main bus stop on La Route de la Côte. Head southeast on La Route de la Côte toward La Route de St. Ouen. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) until you reach the junction with Victoria Avenue. Turn right onto Victoria Avenue and continue walking for approximately 0.5 miles (800 meters). You will see Saint Helier beach on your left.
Bus
From St. Ouen, go to the nearest bus stop on La Route de la Côte. Take bus number 15 towards St. Helier. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'St. Helier, Liberation Station.' From there, walk east on The Parade, and then turn left onto Victoria Avenue. Walk straight for about 0.3 miles (480 meters) to reach Saint Helier beach on your right.
