Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Al-Maghtas. Head northwest on the main road towards the town of Madaba. After approximately 20 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit towards Amman. Continue on this road for about 25 km until you reach the exit for Al-Madina. Follow the signs to Museum St. When you arrive at Museum St 132, you will find Hercules' Hand on your right. Parking is available along the street, but be prepared for a small fee (around 1 JOD).
Public Transportation
To reach Hercules' Hand using public transportation, start at the Al-Maghtas bus station. Board a bus heading to Amman. The fare is approximately 2 JOD. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Amman, disembark at the central bus station. From there, you can take a taxi to Museum St 132, which will cost around 3-5 JOD. Alternatively, you can use local buses that operate frequently along this route for a lower fare (about 1 JOD). Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Museum St.
