Continue on Road 40 for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Qasr Al-Harranah, which is located at the coordinates (31.7289103, 36.462803). There is ample parking available near the site.

To reach Qasr Al-Harranah via public transportation, first take a taxi or local bus from Azraq Oasis to the nearby town of Azraq. From Azraq, you can find shared taxis (servis) that head towards Qasr Al-Harranah. The journey to Qasr Al-Harranah will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the site. The cost for the taxi or bus ride from Azraq Oasis to Azraq is usually around 2-3 Jordanian Dinars, and the shared taxi to Qasr Al-Harranah may cost an additional 5 Jordanian Dinars.
