Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Azraq, head east on King Abdullah Street towards the main roundabout. Continue straight at the roundabout, following the signs for Amman. After approximately 3 km, you will reach a bus stop where you can catch a local bus to Amman. The bus will take you towards Kherbat as-Souk. Once you arrive at the Kherbat as-Souk area, disembark and ask locals for directions to the Roman Mausoleum, as it is a well-known landmark.

• Bus

  Start at the Azraq bus station located in the town center. Board a bus heading to Amman. Ensure you inform the driver or conductor that you want to get off near Kherbat as-Souk. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive, you can either walk or catch a taxi to the Roman Mausoleum. It’s advisable to ask locals for precise directions.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Azraq. Start from the town center and head east on King Abdullah Street. Follow the same route as the walking directions, but be mindful of traffic. Biking may take longer due to road conditions, but it will provide a unique experience. Upon reaching the bus stop after 3 km, you can choose to continue biking towards Amman or catch a bus.
