To reach Shobak Castle by public transport, take a local bus from Balqa Highlands to Ma'an. Buses frequently depart from the central bus station. The journey takes about 1-2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Ma'an, you can take a taxi to Shobak Castle, which is approximately 30 km away. Taxis are readily available at the bus station. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
