There is a parking area available near the entrance to Petra, where you will need to pay for parking, typically around 5 JOD for the day.

Start at the main bus station in Dana Village. Look for buses heading to Wadi Musa. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours, and the fare is usually around 3 to 5 JOD. Once you arrive in Wadi Musa, you will need to walk to the entrance of Petra to access The Treasury. The entrance is approximately 1.5 km from the bus stop, so be prepared for a short walk. Alternatively, you may find local taxis at the bus station that can take you directly to the Petra entrance for a small additional fee.
