Getting There

Car
From Dana Village, head south on the main road (Road 15) towards the Dana Biosphere Reserve. Follow the signs for the reserve. The drive is approximately 10-15 minutes, covering around 10 kilometers. Once you reach the entrance to the reserve, there may be a small entrance fee (approximately 5 JOD) for visitors. After entering, follow the signs to Feynan, which will take you deeper into the reserve.

Public Transportation
To reach Dana Biosphere Reserve using public transportation, first, make your way to the nearest bus stop in Dana Village. Look for local minibuses or shared taxis heading towards At-Tafilah. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Dana Biosphere Reserve. The fare should be around 2-3 JOD. Once you arrive at the reserve, you can walk or arrange for a local guide to take you to Feynan, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the entrance.

If you are already at the entrance of the Dana Biosphere Reserve, you can choose to walk to Feynan. The path is well-marked and will take you through beautiful landscapes. The hike to Feynan is about 1-2 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to carry sufficient water and wear comfortable footwear.
