From the center of Dana village, head southeast towards the main hiking trail that leads to the Dana Nature Reserve. Follow the trail signs that point towards Wadi Araba. Continue walking along the path that runs alongside the wadi, which is well-marked. This section may take around 1-2 hours depending on your pace.

Once you reach the Wadi Araba area, you can start hiking towards the Dunes of Wadi Araba. Look for a sandy path that leads into the dunes. Be cautious of the terrain as it can be uneven and sandy. The dunes are located approximately 5 kilometers from the edge of the wadi. Plan for about 1-1.5 hours of hiking to reach the dunes, where you can take in stunning views and explore the unique landscape.
