From the center of Dana, head southeast on the main road towards Wadi Musa. Continue walking for approximately 5 kilometers. You'll pass by several local shops and cafes on your way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Petra, as the Great Temple is located within the Petra archaeological site. Once you reach Wadi Musa, follow the signs to the Petra entrance, which is about 1 kilometer from the town center. The Great Temple is located a short walk inside the site.

First, find the local bus station in Dana. Buses to Wadi Musa frequently depart from there. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Wadi Musa. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes. After arriving at Wadi Musa, exit the bus and walk towards the Petra entrance. The Great Temple is approximately 1 kilometer inside the site, accessible through the main entrance.
