Getting There

Walking
Start your journey from the Dana Village Center. Head south towards the main path leading out of the village. Follow the signs towards the Dana Biosphere Reserve. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Continue on this path for about 2 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path, which leads towards Al-Baydha. Keep walking for another 1.5 kilometers, and you will come across a small hill. قبر الخشخوش is located near the base of this hill, marked by a small stone structure. If you reach the Al-Baydha area, you have gone too far; turn back slightly to find the site.

Hiking
For a more adventurous route, from Dana Village, take the hiking trail that leads down to the valley. Follow the trail that is marked for the Dana to Al-Baydha hike. After about 3 kilometers of descent, look for a smaller trail branching off to the right. This will lead you towards قبر الخشخوش. The hike may take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. As you hike, be sure to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna of the Dana Biosphere Reserve.
