If you are driving from any location in the Dead Sea Region, head south on the Dead Sea Highway (Route 65) towards Aqaba. Continue for approximately 50 km until you reach the junction for Route 15 towards Wadi Rum. Turn left and follow Route 15 for about 30 km until you reach the entrance of Wadi Rum. Proceed to Disa (Wadi Rum). The final destination, Jordan Desert Journeys, is located at latitude 29.657473 and longitude 35.480321.
