If you're traveling by car in the Eastern Desert, you can reach The Treasury located in Wadi Musa by following the main highway routes. Start at Petra and take the Desert Highway (Route 15) towards Wadi Musa. The drive is approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Wadi Musa, follow the signs to the Petra Archaeological Site. The Treasury is situated at the end of the Siq, which is a narrow gorge leading to the site. Parking is available near the entrance to the Petra site, but expect to pay a fee of around 5-10 JD for parking.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, you can take a bus from Amman to Wadi Musa. Buses frequently leave from the South Bus Station in Amman and the journey takes about 3 hours. The fare is typically around 7 JD. Upon arrival in Wadi Musa, you can either walk to The Treasury, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus station, or take a taxi for a small fee (around 3-5 JD) to the Petra entrance.
